Castle Hill Primary School

School Day

Returning to school in September 2022

As we come to the end of another academic year, we can reflect on all of the positive moments and achievements we have enjoyed as a school. Although it has been another challenging year for all of us, we are ending on a high, having enjoyed a return to many of the more ‘normal’ summer term activities in school. The children, staff, governors and parents/carers have all worked extremely hard and I would like to thank everyone for your continued commitment to supporting the learning journeys of our children.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your cooperation during our alternative arrangements at drop-off and pick-up times.

From September 2022, we would like to take further steps to resume our normal routines. All children will arrive at school and gates will open at 8:50 am. Children will enter via the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 entrances.

Our staggered end times will continue in September but parents will collect children from the yard. The gates will open at 3:10 pm. We ask that you collect your child/children and leave the yard promptly. This is to allow wrap-around care children to use the yard from 3:30 pm.

Parents should adhere to the new drop-off and pick-up routine below:
