I have the great privilege of being Headteacher of Castle Hill Primary school, a role which I have loved for the past six years. Castle Hill is a very special place to be and community is at the heart of everything we do. Staff, parents, governors and children all support each other to ensure that everyone reaches their true potential.
The children here are lovely to work with. They are keen to help, eager to learn and exceptionally well behaved. Their inquisitive nature is what makes Castle Hill such a happy and harmonious school. The whole ethos of the school is one of a caring community.
All the staff at Castle Hill are committed to providing the best education they can to each individual child. We all work closely as a team to offer personalised learning within a broad and balanced creative curriculum.
We are incredibly fortunate to be situated in Todmorden, a friendly town on the border of Lancashire and Yorkshire. The neighbouring Pennine countryside is a real asset when nurturing our children. Staff make sure we utilise this wonderful resource, from growing vegetables, walking in the hills or making use of our local community.
If you have never visited our school, then please look at our website which will give you an indication of all the exciting activities we get up to.
If you like what you see on our website and you think Castle Hill could be the perfect school for your children, then please come and visit and you can see how special we are for yourself.
